Rides are available on any type of weather. It is recommended that you bring weather appropriate clothing if it is raining or snowing. You shouldn't worry though because you are fully protected from the elements in the rickshaw.
There is place for 2 persons in the rickshaw and if needed 1 child up to 13 years who travels for free, if accompanied by parents. The same applies for a dog. The local tour guide knows Cologne and its history like no other and cobeys it to you in a funny-kölsche (Cologne like) manner.
